The rules for the Pixelmon and Cobblemon servers, and the punishment for each offense.

These are the rules for the Pixelmon and Cobblemon servers on the MineFury network. Prisons and Skyblock have their own rules. Each rule has a short description and a punishment ladder: what happens on the first offense, the second, and so on. Open a category to see its rules, or search for a word like "spam" or "auto-clicker".
Punishments are guidelines. Staff look at each case on its own, so a serious case can get a heavier punishment and a small first-time mistake a lighter one. From the 4th offense on, admins can raise or change a punishment based on how serious it is, and the administration team has the final say.
Staff are volunteers who are here to help everyone enjoy the network, and harassing or disrespecting them is taken seriously. If you think you were punished by mistake, open a ticket on the Discord.
CHAT RULES

Spam
Typing the same character 6 or more times in a message, or repeating words or phrases, in one message or across several.

Flood
Flooding chat with the same message in a short period of time.

Swearing
Chat on MineFury is kept family friendly, so inappropriate language is not allowed.

Disrespect
Disrespect toward staff or players is not tolerated.

Harassment
Insulting any player or staff member in any way is not tolerated. Anything abusive, disrespectful or harmful to other players counts as harassment.

Bypassing the Filter
The chat filter is there to protect players. Any attempt to get around it is not allowed.

Inappropriate Item Names
Item names that break the rules, or go against their spirit, are not allowed.

Inappropriate Jokes or Content

Inappropriate Username or Skin
Usernames (IGNs) and skins that break the rules, or go against their spirit, are not allowed.

Inappropriate Pokémon Names
Pokémon nicknames that break the rules, or go against their spirit, are not allowed.

Encouraging Rule Breaking
Trying to get other players to break a rule, or the spirit of the rules, is not allowed.
Supporting Self Harm
Supporting self harm in any way is not allowed. This includes encouraging a player to self harm or hinting at it toward others.

AFK Bypassing
Getting around the AFK timer by any method is not allowed.

Griefing
Breaking, changing or removing another player's builds or items, or anything else that harms their experience, is not allowed.
PUNISHMENTS: 7 DAY BAN TO PERMANENT BAN
Death ThreatsPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
Threatening someone's life, or hinting at a death threat, is not allowed.
Supporting or Encouraging CPPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
Supporting, encouraging or mentioning anything related to child sexual abuse material (CP) is not allowed. The ban is permanent and cannot be reversed.
DDoS Attacks and DoxingPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
DDoS attacks or doxing (publishing someone's personal information) against players or the network are not allowed.
Continuous Toxicity
Repeated disrespect toward any player is not allowed. Admins and above decide the punishment.
Alternate Accounts
Alt accounts are treated as separate players. They must follow every rule on the network, including the economy rules.
Punishment Bypass
Using an alt account to get around a punishment is not allowed. The alt account is removed from the network.
ECONOMY RULES

Trade and Giveaway Limit
Giving away free items is fine, but no more than $100,000 in total value difference can be traded or given away in a 24 hour period.

Trading Across Networks
Trading with another network is not allowed: for example, giving someone an item on another network in exchange for an item on MineFury. Trades on MineFury must be for items or currency on MineFury.

Gambling
Gambling or chance games of any kind (machines, builds or chat games) are not allowed.

BUILDING RULES

Schematica and Litematica
Using the printer feature of Schematica or Litematica is not allowed, and neither is using either mod in build competitions unless the competition says otherwise.

Spawners
Spawners must be kept in a contained area that cannot spread into the server. A spawner that breaks this rule is removed.
PRESENTS & EVENTS

Present Hunts
Showing other players where presents are, helping them find presents, or hinting at their locations is not allowed.

Event Quests
Showing other players where event quests are, or helping them with event quests, is not allowed.

DONOR PERKS & SHOP
2 RULES
Donor Shop
Buying from the Donor Shop (in /shop) for a player who does not have access is allowed, as long as you charge them more than the item costs.

Donor Perks
Using your donor perks for a player who does not have them is allowed, with or without a cooldown, as long as they pay you in in-game currency.

EXPLOITS & CLIENT MODS

Illegal Modifications
Any client, mod, software or script that gives you an advantage over other players is not allowed.
Exploiting and Duping
Exploiting bugs or duplicating items or currency is not allowed. Exploited or duplicated items may be removed.
Seed Finders
Using any site or mod that reveals the world seed is not allowed.
Lag MachinesPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
Builds, devices or exploits that hurt the network's performance, or any attempt to take it down, are not allowed.
Auto-Clickers
Software or mouse tricks that click without manual input are not allowed.
STORE RULES

Scamming and Real-World TradingPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
Scamming, or trading in-game items for anything other than in-game currency or items, is not allowed. Trying to do it counts too.
ChargebacksPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
Charging back, or trying to charge back, a payment made on the MineFury store results in a permanent ban that cannot be reversed.
ADVERTISING

Advertising
Promoting another network in any way (an IP address, a Discord invite or any other outlet) is not allowed. Linking your own personal server counts too.

Light Advertising
Mentioning other networks by name, or advertising them indirectly, is not allowed. Comparing MineFury with another network is one example.

Advertising Social Media
Mentioning your own or another player's social media to promote it is not allowed.

Inappropriate or Scam LinksPERMANENT BAN ON FIRST OFFENSE
Sending inappropriate or scam links, in chat or directly to players, or trying to get players to open them, is not allowed.
PIXELMON & COBBLEMON RULES
5 RULES
Redstone
Simple redstone is allowed. If you are unsure about a machine or build, open a ticket and an admin will inspect it and decide.
Auto-Farming
Farms with any kind of automation are not allowed, including mob farms and redstone farms.

Hoppers
Do not constantly feed items into hoppers. At a high enough rate this counts as trying to lag the network.

Rapid-Fire and Looping Redstone
Rapid-fire or infinitely looping redstone contraptions are not allowed.

Claiming Near Others
Do not disrupt other players. Building or claiming within 50 blocks (Pixelmon) or 3 chunks (Cobblemon) of another player's claim is not allowed.
