GUILDS

Guilds on the Pixelmon Guilds server: levels, the guild bank and upgrades, boosts, warps, quests, the Guild Hall and tournaments.

Updated

The Guilds server is the Pixelmon server built around teams. Every guild has up to five members, a shared bank and storage, its own warps and quests, and a Guild Hall in a world of its own. Guilds compete for guild points, mostly through tournaments.

CREATING OR JOINING A GUILD

/guild opens the guild lobby, where you can found a guild, browse the guild register, see the top guilds and answer invitations.

The guild page for a level 14 guild with five members, showing guild XP, the guild bank, points and value, a notice from the leader, and buttons for members, bank, storage, upgrades, boosts, warps, the hall, quests and ranks
  • /guild create <name> · found a guild. It is free, and names are up to 20 characters with no spaces.
  • /guild invite <player> · invite a player. Guilds are invite only.
  • /guild accept · /guild decline · answer an invitation, or see them all with /guild invites.
  • /guild leave · leave your guild. The leader can hand the guild over with /guild transfer or close it with /guild disband.

Every guild holds five members. New guilds start with four ranks: Leader, Officer, Member and Recruit. The leader can rename ranks, add new ones and change what each rank may do from the Ranks page; order and permission changes take effect when you press Apply.

GUILD LEVELS

Guilds level up from 1 to 65 by earning guild XP, mostly from guild quests. Level 65 takes 21,520 guild XP in total. Guild level unlocks upgrade tiers, and on the Guilds server it also opens the other dimensions: the Nether at guild level 5 and the End at guild level 15. A player without a guild counts as level 0.

THE GUILD BANK AND UPGRADES

Members deposit money into the guild bank from /guild, and upgrades are paid for from the bank. Some upgrade levels also need a minimum guild level, which the Upgrades page shows.

  • Item storage · shared item storage starts at 9 slots and grows to 90 over 10 levels, from $15,000 for the first level to $320,000 for the last.
  • Pokémon storage · shared Pokémon storage starts with no slots and grows from 9 to 54 slots over 10 levels, at the same prices.
  • Warp slots · 1 guild warp to start, then 3, 5 and 7 for $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000.
  • Guild tag · tags are 3 characters, or 4 for $50,000 and 5 for $100,000.
  • Boost slots · 1 active boost for $100,000 and a second for $2,000,000.

GUILD BOOSTS

Boosts are bought as upgrades, then switched on from the Boosts page for every member. How many can be on at once depends on your boost slots.

  • Battle XP Boost · +0.5% battle EXP per level, up to +6.5% at level 13.
  • Shiny Boost · up to 1.5% better shiny odds at level 3.
  • Drop Rate Boost · a chance of one extra item from battle drops, up to 7.5% at level 3.

GUILD WARPS

  • /guild warps · list your guild's warps, and /guild warp <name> to teleport.
  • /guild setwarp <name> · /guild delwarp <name> · set or remove a warp (Officers and up by default).

GUILD QUESTS

Guilds get daily and weekly quests that every member works on together. A guild starts with 3 quest slots of each kind and opens a fourth and fifth as it completes more (21 and 42 daily quests, 20 and 40 weekly quests). New guilds mostly get Easy and Medium quests; Hard quests start appearing after 10 completions, Expert after 25 and Legendary after 50. Rewards go to the guild:

  • Daily · Easy: 10 guild XP, $7,000 and 5 Rare Candy. Medium: 18 XP, $14,000 and 10 Rare Candy. Hard: 30 XP, $21,000 and 20 Rare Candy. Expert: 48 XP, $28,000 and 2 Silver Bottle Caps. Legendary: 72 XP, $35,000 and 1 Gold Bottle Cap.
  • Weekly · Easy: 60 guild XP, $10,000 and 10 Rare Candy. Medium: 120 XP, $20,000 and 20 Rare Candy. Hard: 210 XP, $30,000 and 30 Rare Candy. Expert: 330 XP, $40,000 and 3 Silver Bottle Caps. Legendary: 480 XP, $50,000 and 2 Gold Bottle Caps.

The money goes to the guild bank and the items go to guild storage.

THE GUILD HALL

Every guild can have one Guild Hall: a steampunk hall on its own 150 block plot in the guild hall world. The leader raises it for free with /guildhall create. After that, /guildhall opens the hall page, /guildhall visit takes you to your hall and /guildhall home takes you back out.

Inside the hall, Members and above can build and use containers by default (Recruits cannot), and anyone with build access can set up player shops for visitors.

HALL UPGRADES

Hall upgrades are bought from the guild bank. Each level costs more and needs a higher guild level:

  • Ore Generator · cobblestone generators in your hall also produce ores. Level 1 gives coal, iron, quartz, Water Stone ore and some Pixelmon ores; higher levels add gold, lapis, redstone, ruby, sapphire, platinum and more evolution stone ores. 10 levels, from $10,000 at guild level 1 up to $50,000,000 at guild level 65.
  • Hall Fishing · fishing in your hall catches from the hall's own pool of gems, items and Pokémon, which improves with each level. 5 levels: $10,000, $250,000, $500,000, $1,000,000 and $2,500,000, at guild levels 1, 7, 11, 15 and 19.
  • Apricorn Harvest · picking apricorns in your hall can give extra apricorns: a 25% chance of 1 to 2 extra at level 1, up to an 85% chance of 3 to 6 extra at level 5. 5 levels: $75,000, $150,000, $300,000, $600,000 and $1,200,000, at guild levels 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20.

VISITING OTHER HALLS

/guildhall list shows the halls that are open to visitors, busiest first, and /guildhall visit <guild> takes you to one. By default visitors can use doors and buy from shops, but cannot build, open containers or harvest. Leaders and Officers manage visitors with /guildhall open, /guildhall close and /guildhall kick <player> (a kicked visitor stays out for 10 minutes), and change what visitors may do from the Visitor rank on the Ranks page.

GUILD VALUE

Members can turn in valuable blocks to raise their guild's value from /guild value: a Block of Netherite is worth 25,000, a Block of Emerald 15,000, a Relic Crown 12,000 and a Relic Statue 7,500. When staff end a value series, guilds are ranked by value, the top ten earn guild points (40 for first, 30 for second, 20 for third, 16 for fourth, 10 for fifth to eighth and 5 for ninth and tenth), and every guild's value resets.

TOURNAMENTS

Tournaments are run by staff, and the server announces each one when registration opens and again shortly before it starts. Open the tournament hub with /tournament (also /tourney).

The tournament hub listing Weekly OU with registration open and 13 of 32 players, an upcoming Monotype Night, and the champions of the last two tournaments
  • /tournament check · see whether your party passes the tournament's team rules.
  • /tournament join · sign up with your party. Your team is locked until you are out: those Pokémon cannot be moved, traded, changed or evolved.
  • /tournament leave · leave the tournament. Once it has started, leaving counts as dropping out and you cannot rejoin.
  • /tournament bracket · /tournament spectate · follow the bracket and watch matches.

Each match has a 15 second team preview, 30 seconds to pick your lead and a 25 minute limit. Staff pick the format for each tournament from these:

  • Singles · OU (2 Legends), OU (No Legends), Monotype, Mono Kanto and NFE.
  • Doubles · Doubles OU.
  • Special · Alphabet, Anything Goes, BST Cap, Dex Number, and No Legends, No Items.

The rules page in the tournament hub lists every rule and ban list for the tournament you are looking at.

GUILD POINTS

When a tournament counts for guild points, each member's finishing place earns points for their guild: 120 for first, 90 for second, 65 for third, 50 for fourth, 30 for fifth to eighth, 15 for ninth to sixteenth, and 5 for taking part. Each player counts once per week: if you play more than one points tournament in a week, your latest result counts. The season final pays 1.5 times as many points. Check your guild's points with /guild points and the rankings with /guild top.

TIPGuild quests are the main source of guild XP. Hard, Expert and Legendary quests, which pay the most, only start to appear after your guild has completed easier ones.
