Chat games are short quizzes posted in chat. A new one starts every 10 minutes, and the first player to type the right answer wins a prize. They are also the main source of Shiny Soul Fragments for the Wishing Well.

HOW CHAT GAMES WORK

Every 10 minutes the server posts a random game in chat. You have 30 seconds to answer: just type the answer into normal chat. The first correct answer wins and ends the game, and chat announces the winner and the answer. If nobody gets it in time, chat shows the answer and the game ends with no winner.

A correct answer is not posted in public chat, so nobody can copy yours. Answers are not case-sensitive, except in First to Type.

THE GAME TYPES

• Trivia · a question about Minecraft or Pokémon.
• Unscramble · a scrambled Minecraft or Pokémon word with a hint. Type the word.
• Math · one sum: addition or subtraction with numbers from 1 to 50, or multiplication up to 12 x 12. The answer is never negative.
• Fill in the Blank · a Minecraft sentence with one word missing.
• First to Type · a word shown in chat, often a Pokémon or Minecraft name. Type it exactly as written, capital letters included.
• Who's that Pokémon? · a short description of a Pokémon. Name it.

PRIZES

Every win pays in-game money and a Rare Candy, with a 1 in 5 chance of a bonus Poké Ball. Wins can also award a Shiny Soul Fragment. Collect 32 fragments and trade them at the Wishing Well for a random shiny Pokémon.
