Region journeys with routes, trainers and gyms. Pixelmon only, on Indigo and Emerald.

WHAT IS ADVENTURE MODE?

Adventure Mode trades the open sandbox for a structured journey, like the original games. You travel routes through a region, battle trainers along the way, take on gyms, and heal at Pokémon Centers between fights.

THE INDIGO AND EMERALD SERVERS

Adventure Mode runs on two dedicated Pixelmon servers: Indigo takes you through Kanto and Johto, and Emerald through Hoenn. Join either from the network hub (see the server guide) with the Pixelmon modpack. It is Pixelmon only for now.

GYMS, ROUTES AND TRAINER BATTLES

• NPC trainers will challenge you as you travel, just like the handhelds.
• Gyms gate your progression: earn badges to push further into the region.
• Pokémon Centers heal your team for free along the way.
• Some conveniences from the sandbox servers are restricted here.
